I recently (Oct 2009) watched Law Abiding Citizen, which, while excellent, was not the movie I had been looking for. I had been looking for a movie in which the planner was clearly the good guy and stays one step ahead of everyone the whole time.
I pondered writing such a story, and how I would do it. I came upon a technique I think might work.
Over the next couple of days this rattled around in my brain, and I decided to make the master planner an AI, probably from the same universe as "Kinda Borged".
We'll see how it goes.
